Position Summary

Menufy by HungerRush is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with experience in outbound sales. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy and possess strong relationship-building skills. Your role involves promoting and selling our Menufy Online Ordering platform to restaurants across the U.S., focusing on cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales to support Menufy’s growth. If you excel in overcoming objections and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

OTE: $90,000+ (uncapped variable), $45,000 Base Salary.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants nationwide, presenting the value of Menufy’s digital ordering solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients for consistent growth.
  • Communicate Menufy’s value proposition, customizing pitches to meet prospect needs.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets weekly and monthly.
  • Manage sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective clients through ongoing engagement.
  • Understand client needs, recommend solutions, and document interactions for effective onboarding.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and best practices to improve sales performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
  • Complete new hire onboarding and earn certification to master the role.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 2-4 years in inside or outside sales, preferably in tech or restaurant industry.
  • Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with a hunter mentality.
Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for rapport building.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and objections.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated.
Additional Information

This position is open to candidates authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Currently, HungerRush cannot support visa sponsorship for this role.
