The compensation for this role is $15.50 an hour with uncapped commission potential (OTE of $56,240)

As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you will connect with existing customers to help them enhance their online presence. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll assess their needs and recommend the best products or services available.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • This is an outbound sales role that involves placing outbound calls through an automated dialer to efficiently reach existing customers about our products and services. The focus will be on acting as a consultant, assessing accounts, building strong relationships, and understanding customers' online business needs.
  • Cultivate relationships with existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and address their evolving needs.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of our services, helping them understand how these products can enhance their operations and support their business goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions for customers, ensuring they receive the most relevant products and services for their specific challenges.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with diverse audiences and build rapport quickly.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a customer-centric approach, effectively managing multiple priorities and inquiries.
