Position Summary:
Menufy by HungerRush is seeking a highly motivated, Outbound Sales Representative with a proven track record in outbound sales. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, results-driven, and possesses a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by promoting and selling our Menufy Online Ordering platform to restaurants across the U.S. This role focuses on cold calling, lead generation, and closing sales to contribute to Menufy’s growth. If you excel at building relationships, overcoming objections, and working in a fast-paced sales environment, we encourage you to apply.

OTE: $90,000+ (uncapped variable), $45,000 Base Salary.

This is a remote role.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to restaurants nationwide, presenting the value of Menufy’s digital ordering solutions.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients to ensure consistent business growth.
  • Clearly communicate Menufy’s value proposition, customizing your pitch to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to strategize and execute targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage the sales pipeline and track client communications.
  • Establish strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and engagement throughout the sales and onboarding processes.
  • Understand client needs, recommend tailored solutions, and document them to ensure effective implementation.
  • Continuously improve sales performance by staying up to date on product offerings, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
  • All new hires are required to successfully complete the onboarding process, earning a certification demonstrating their skills for the role.

Qualifications:

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside or outside sales, preferably within the tech or restaurant industry.
  • Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and objection-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, with a hunter mentality.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and managing sales objections.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven by a hunter mentality.

This position is open to candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Currently, HungerRush cannot support visa sponsorship for this role.
