BathWorks in Byron Center, MI is hiring an Outbound Sales Representative to call homeowners, guide them through the remodel process, and schedule design consultations. Earn a base hourly wage plus uncapped bonus for every appointment that holds.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Candidates must be local to Byron Center, MI.
• Available for a consistent weekly schedule: MON-FRI 11:30-8PM OR SAT-WED 10-6:30PM.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or call-centers is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with homeowners who have shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel.
• Guide homeowners through our process and schedule their design consultation.
• Learn how to overcome objections and confidently set appointments.
• Help fill the sales pipeline and drive real company growth.
