BathWorks of Michigan is hiring for an energetic sales-focused team member in West Michigan. You will connect with homeowners interested in Jacuzzi bath remodels, follow up on leads, and guide customers through the next steps—scheduling consultations and moving the sales process forward.

The role rewards performance with uncapped bonus potential and typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000 annually. Enjoy a strong team, coaching, and advancement opportunities in a locally owned company.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
Self-motivated, competitive mindset focused on results.
Comfort with meeting sales targets and building a pipeline.
Willingness to commute to Byron Center office.
Availability for one of two consistent schedules: Mon–Fri 11:30am–8:00pm or Sun–Thu 10:00am–6:30pm.

Responsibilities

Connect with homeowners interested in Jacuzzi bath remodels.
Follow up on leads and guide customers through next steps.
Schedule design consultations and move the sales pipeline forward.
Learn to handle objections and set appointments.
Contribute to BathWorks growth through successful sales activities.
