Job summary

Konecta, a global CX and BPO provider, seeks an outbound Customer Sales Executive in Texas. You will build rapport with customers, schedule appointments, and deliver solution-focused support in a fast-paced Call Center environment.

New hires start with a two-week paid training at $13.00 per hour, then transition to $16.00 per hour. Strong communication and reliability are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required (call center experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and multitask while on calls.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; flexible shifts between 8am–8pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule customer appointments accurately based on guidelines and availability.
• Verify customer information and document call details in the system.
• Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance.
• Follow scripts, scheduling protocols, and quality standards.
• Handle customer concerns or questions with patience and professionalism.
• Meet performance expectations for attendance, call handling, and service quality.
• Work assigned shifts, including any time between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, and weekends as required.
