Job summary

Deluxe is seeking a Sales Associate to perform high-volume outbound calls to small and medium-sized business owners across the United States. You will request merchant processing statements to help sales consultants identify potential savings and services.

Ideal candidates have HS/GED, are 18+, and bring 1+ year of customer service experience. Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, professional attitude are valued. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills preferred.
• Self-motivated, energetic, professional attitude preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
