Responsibilities

Summary: Performs data entry of home warranty contracts and information into the computer system. Generates new customer sales and upsells current member contracts. Places outbound product awareness calls to contract owners and assist with Home Service Plan renewals.

• Promotes the benefits, coverage, and terms of products to potential customers.
• Converts sales opportunities to assist with company monthly sales goals.
• Upholds the high standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, especially when interacting with customers.
• Acquires and maintains knowledge and understanding of product coverage for application in every business transaction.
• Utilizes all available resources and maintains knowledge of all business unit policies, procedures and programs; completes required continuing education courses.
• May assume other duties as applied.

Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.

Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 1+ years of sales experience required

This role pays $18.50/hr plus job based incentive, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
