Job summary

Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions is seeking an experienced Outbound Operations Manager to oversee all outbound operations across shifts, including order picking, packing, and loading for carrier shipments. You will drive continuous improvement, lead change initiatives, and partner with inbound, inventory control, and transport teams.

You have a college degree in distribution/logistics, 3-5 years in warehouse leadership, strong MS Office skills, and experience with WMS (Blue Yonder preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience with WMS; Blue Yonder a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all outbound operations across all shifts, including order picking, consolidation, packing, and loading for carrier shipments.
• Coordinate with inbound, inventory control, and transportation to resolve challenges and optimize end-to-end workflow.
• Lead change management initiatives for new processes, systems, or technology.
• Develop, mentor, and coach team members to build high-performance culture.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
