Job summary

Pos Service Holland in Mississippi is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to manage the full lifecycle of inventory, from requisitioning to storage, including control, discrepancy resolution, and inspections, in line with company policies and safety standards.

You will work Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, handle restocking assessments, data entry of material issues, receipts and returns, conduct cycle counts, maintain labeling, and support process improvements to boost accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules and manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Team player with good collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Receive returned material and assess restocking suitability.
• Record material issues, returns, and receipts in computer systems.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and reconcile variances.
• Organize warehouse areas and maintain labeling system.
• Research inventory discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Support process improvements for location accuracy.
• Manage special order SKUs and ensure timely shipping.
• Ensure unit of measure consistency.
• Follow safety protocols and 5S principles.
• Cross-train and collaborate with team.
