We are looking for an Outbound Logistics Supervisor to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Manager of Outbound Logistics and is based in Newark, DE. The position is fully on‑site, in‑office and requires working the weekend shift (Friday‑Sunday, 6AM‑6PM).

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5 dedicated Materials Handlers.
• Responsible for loading outbound trucks, export shipping containers, and manufactured skid assemblies shipping to customer job sites or 3PL storage locations.
• Unload inbound trucks for materials returning to Bloom Energy for final assembly on skids.
• Distribute prepared documentation to respective drivers.
• Execute monthly cycle counts in Oracle, including performing physical counts, entering count data, and researching and resolving discrepancies.
• Proactively manage and organize inventory in the yard.
• Stage units for upcoming shipments to ensure timely and efficient loading of trucks & containers.
• Support skid assembly team and packaging operations by staging units for processing.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying inbound material on Move Orders generated by the Install Kitting or Warehouse departments.

Skills and Experience

• 2‑4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Experience with cycle counting.
• Experience with ERP transactional systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Hand‑held scan‑gun experience.
• Inventory management skills.
• Forklift experience and certification; ability to operate heavy material‑handling equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
• Work onsite Friday‑Sunday 6AM‑6PM, with flexible hours and willingness to work occasional overtime as required.
• Ability to perform duties outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
• Manual dexterity required for assembly tasks.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination.
• Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $74,600.00 – $107,400.00.
