Logistics Team Lead – Newark, DE

Bloom Energy seeks an experienced warehouse logistics leader to manage material handling and safety compliance on Friday‑Sunday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal logistics activities safely and in accordance with EHS policies.
• Ensure all quality requirements are met and the team adheres to them daily.
• Unload inbound trucks and manage materials for final assembly.
• Train and mentor team members on mandatory techniques.
• Track attendance and report issues to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Run the material team from a process standpoint and communicate operational issues.
• Create, document, and sustain standardized work practices.
• Identify non‑value added waste and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Support daily and monthly cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience leading a team.
• Forklift certification.
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, WMS; Oracle preferred).
• Ability to work with Bills of Lading and other shipment documentation.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Collaboration and effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
• Self‑starter and ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and attention to detail.
• Availability to work onsite Friday‑Sunday, 6:00AM‑6:00PM, with occasional overtime.
• Capability to perform outdoor duties in varying weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and repetitive tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
• Manual dexterity to assemble products as directed.

Salary Range: $24.05 – $34.61 per hour.
