Job summary

YQN Logistics in Port Reading, NJ is hiring for an onsite, full-time outbound operations leader. The role focuses on supervising small parcel outbound activities, optimizing packing and wave management, and coordinating with carriers to meet shipping deadlines.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of experience in high-SKU, multi-client e-commerce logistics. English and Mandarin fluency is desired; visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, E-Commerce Management, or a related field.
• 1+ year in small parcel/e-commerce outbound operations or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the small item outbound team (pickers, packers, labelers, manifestors).
• Drive pick/pack rates while maintaining order accuracy.
• Supervise end-to-end outbound for small parcels and ensure timely carrier pickup.
• Align outbound waves with carrier schedules and manage shift handoffs.
• Generate reports on order accuracy, packing material usage, and timeliness.
• Resolve shipping address corrections and RMA outbound flows with client teams.
