• High School education or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years direct warehouse supervisory experience with 3–10 direct reports.
• Familiarity with distribution software systems is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, administrative and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise outbound freight and traffic for a 100,000+ sq ft warehouse.
• Manage daily productivity and KPI tracking across the team.
• Train on new SOPs and ensure compliance with Code of Conduct.
• Coach, counsel and discipline staff with HR support.
• Conduct daily pre-work meetings and periodic team meetings.
