Colson-Group-Holdings-LLC is seeking an outbound logistics coordinator for our Distribution Center in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage shipping and receiving, prioritizing orders and guiding the day’s workflow with RF scanners and the ERP/WMS system.

The role requires forklift operation, attention to detail, and accurate documentation of inventory and conditions of inbound goods. A high school diploma and the ability to work under time pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Hands-on experience with RF scanners.
• Comfort with ERP and WMS systems; Epicor 10 knowledge is a plus.

Outbound Logistics Coordinator — Distribution CenterLocation: Phoenix, AZReports To: Warehouse Supervisor or DesigneeDay in the LifeYou start your shift with the day’s shipping and receiving schedule in hand. Orders are prioritized, aisles are mapped in your mind, and the RF scanner is your guide. You pull product quickly and accurately, verify quantities in the WMS/ERP, and package items so they arrive in perfect shape. Between outbound waves, you receive inbound freight, inspect goods and containers for damage, and document any issues.
