Job summary

Four Hands, an Austin-based leader in furniture design and wholesale, seeks an Analyst, Outbound Logistics to own carrier relationships, performance reporting, and issue resolution. You'll work with Sales Ops, Finance, and Warehouse teams to keep OTP on track and dashboards accurate.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in logistics, a bachelor's in a related field, advanced Excel and Power BI skills, and a proven ability to analyze data, communicate clearly with carriers, and drive cost-saving

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience communicating with external carrier contacts and leading meetings.
• Strong Excel skills and data reconciliation, plus Power BI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationship management for assigned carriers and meetings.
• Manage distressed shipment communications and drive resolution.
• Resolve invoice exceptions and billing discrepancies.
• Analyze OTP and service issues, identify corrective actions.
• Own recurring performance reporting and data tracking.
• Assist in reducing supply chain costs and improving logistics.
