Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct outbound associates across picking, packing, and Command Central.
• Monitor and resolve operational exceptions, including short picks and packing discrepancies.
• Maintain shift productivity and order accuracy in outbound processes.
• Escalate safety hazards and equipment concerns to the Lead II or Outbound Supervisor.
• Communicate urgent shift updates to leadership in real time.
• Lead pre-shift huddles on priorities, safety reminders, and targets.
• Support end-of-shift closeout, area cleanup, and dock/yard clearance.
