Job summary

Enovis Bracing and Supports is seeking an Outbound Lead to oversee warehouse operations at the Fort Worth site, ensuring accurate receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

You will lead improvements, coordinate with multiple teams, train junior staff, and promote safety while applying EGX principles to drive efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• General knowledge of distribution and materials handling.
• Proven record of leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Data entry and computer literacy required.
• Bachelor's degree desirable.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintaining accurate records of received goods.
• Reject unsatisfactory, damaged, or defective items.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, conveyors and other equipment to move or expedite material to the proper department or storage location.
• Prepare and maintain records of shipped merchandise; post weights and shipping charges.
• Prepare goods for final shipment.
• Coordinate and lead key improvement projects across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with multiple teams or managers to re‑engineer processes.
• Teach and lead training and continuous improvement activities using EGX concepts.
• Work on moderately difficult assignments that require judgment in resolving issues and making recommendations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on all warehouse duties.
• Monitor and control inventory integrity, research discrepancies, and request inventory adjustments.
• Perform, designate, and report cycle counts; lead corrective actions as needed.
• Provide training and coaching to junior staff for more complex support tasks.
• Escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Assist with various projects as assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Lifting or moving heavy items up to 40 lbs.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, conveyors and other equipment to move or expedite material to the proper department or storage location.
• Prepare and maintain records of shipped merchandise; post weights and shipping charges.
• Prepare goods for final shipment.
• Examine stocks and distribute materials within inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• Prepare packages for assembly.
• Promote a safety culture within the warehouse area, reinforcing safe behavior throughout the site.
• Coordinate and lead key improvement projects across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with multiple teams or managers to re‑engineer processes.
• Teach and lead training and continuous improvement activities using EGX concepts.

• Typical warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and utilize a pallet jack.
• Physical demands include standing, sitting, climbing, crouching/kneeling, lifting, carting, etc.
