Job summary

Enovis is seeking a Forklift Operator for its Distribution Center in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will fill orders by selecting items from multiple location zones, scan and stage them for shipment, and move merchandise within the warehouse.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory handling with RF scanners, and ensuring order accuracy while maintaining efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience required.
• Valid forklift certificate required.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition.
• Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Picks, scans, and stages customer orders from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensures order accuracy and adheres to quality standards throughout fulfillment.
• Loads, unloads, ships, and receives warehouse items.
• Transports materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimizes loads for operational efficiency and secures loads prior to transport.
• Inspects vehicles for damages and schedules maintenance as needed.
• Operates and manages technical equipment and RF scanning devices.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and wraps orders for shipment.
• Identifies workplace safety hazards and adheres to safety procedures.

Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

This position fills orders by selecting specified items from different areas in distribution center. Indicates items filled or omitted. Moves merchandise manually from one location to another. May process returned merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

• Picks, scans, and stages customer orders by selecting specified items from various locations within the distribution center.
• Ensures order accuracy, quality standards, and proper handling of materials throughout the fulfillment process.
• Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
• Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
• Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
• Inspecting for damages to vehicles.
• Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
• Operating and managing technical equipment
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment.
• Picking and wrapping orders for shipment.
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.

Minimum Basic Qualification

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Valid fork-lifting certificate.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Proficiency in operating technical machinery and RF scanners -
• Good physical condition.
