Job summary

Enovis is seeking an organized OrderCentral Clerk to support the Fort Worth distribution center. You will handle warehouse transactions across Receiving, Picking, Shipping, and Returns, using Oracle R.12 and Excel for reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience, a high school diploma, and comfort moving items up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Join a team focused on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• ERP system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse transactions across Receiving, Picking, Shipping, and Returns.
• Use Oracle R.12 for inventory and transactions.
• Run reports and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Label, repack, stack, clean, and organize items.
• Communicate with customer care and supply chain teams via phone or email.
• Reject unsatisfactory or defective items.
• Move items up to 50 lbs and physically move materials in the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory records and audit discrepancies.
• Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Title/High Level Position Summary

Utilizing a developing to full understanding of Company systems, practices, procedures, and demonstrating a proficient ability at most to all the required skill sets, this position performs a variety of moderate physical and administrative tasks that are involved with the distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Under general supervision and with limited independent discretion, duties may include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• Transact products through the warehousein various departments includingReceiving, Picking,Shipping,Returnsprocessing, Logo processing, or Inventoryusing OracleR.12.
• Runvarious reports & Analysisusing Microsoft Excel
• Perform tasks such as labeling, repacking, stacking,cleaning&organizing.
• Communicate professionally via phone or email with customer careteam and supply chain personnel.
• Reject unsatisfactory, damaged, or defectiveitems.
• Occasionally liftor moveheavy itemsup to 50lbs
• Physically movematerialsto/from their designated locationsin the warehouse.
• Monitor and control inventory integrity, research inventory discrepanciesif needed.
• Preparedocumentationandmaintainrecords ofprocessed transactions.
• Embrace safety culture.
• Participate in audits and 5Sprogram.
• Participatein continuous improvement activities.
• Other dutiesas assigned.

• Mustbe able to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours a day.

• Frequently bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel.
• Ability to work in anon- temperature-controlledenvironment.
