Job summary

First American Home Warranty is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Santa Rosa, CA, to build relationships with prospects, understand their home protection needs, and present tailored plans. You will thrive on consultative selling and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions, paid training, and opportunities for six-figure earnings with a Fortune 100 partner. This role emphasizes integrity, resilience, and a drive to exceed quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 3 years of recent and continuous sales experience.
• Experience in financial, insurance, mortgage, telecom or admissions phone sales preferred.

Pay Range: $17.69 - $23.56 Hourly, Remote

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
