Job summary

First American Home Warranty is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives. You will coach, motivate, and manage performance to hit sales, conversion, and productivity goals in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities include daily coaching, monitoring metrics, developing talent, and maintaining high standards of customer engagement. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in sales supervision are preferred; MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of inbound/outbound call center sales supervisory and coaching experience.
• Experience in telesales with ability to coach for higher lead/call conversion rates, outbound dials, and strong customer retention.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with ability to motivate different personalities and hold employees accountable.

Responsibilities

• Leads, motivates, and develops a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed sales, conversion, productivity, and call center efficiency goals.
• Builds strong relationships and team culture by understanding individual strengths and motivators, encouraging open communication and accountability.
• Creates an engaging, competitive sales environment through contests, recognitions, and other motivational activities.
• Keeps the team energized by celebrating wins, sharing best practices, and maintaining sales momentum.
• Develops representatives' skills through frequent coaching focused on discovery, needs identification, value building, and handling objections.
• Provides frequent coaching and daily follow-up using live/recorded calls and performance results.
• Maximizes outbound opportunities by monitoring live reporting and ensuring consistent dialing and opportunity follow-up.
• Uses performance data to drive development, identify trends, and create targeted action plans.
