Job summary

Alchemy is seeking a Multi-Site Fulfilment Operations Program Manager to drive outbound fulfillment performance across multiple 3PL sites, including Hebron, KY and Bloomington, IN. The role requires strong analytics, cross-site coordination, and the ability to influence partners without direct authority.

You will own end-to-end outbound processes, monitor KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and optimize throughput while maintaining high quality and aligned priorities across facilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in distribution, fulfillment, or 3PL operations.
• Strong experience in outbound order operations.
• Experience working with and influencing 3PL partners.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site operations without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using operational data and KPIs to drive performance.
• Must be willing to travel to both Hebron, KY and Bloomington, IN.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Outbound Ownership: single point of ownership for outbound fulfillment performance across all 3PL sites.
• 3PL Performance Accountability: monitor and drive performance for all outbound activities.
• SLA & Throughput Management: same-day/next-day shipping and cycle time targets.
• Network Coordination & Execution: centralized coordination across sites and 3PL partners.
• Productivity & Efficiency Optimization: improve picking, packing, throughput, and labor efficiency.
• Quality & Accuracy Ownership: drive outbound quality metrics and corrective actions.
• Data & Reporting: build network-wide outbound KPI tracking and trend analysis.
