Job summary

Rochester Electronics seeks a Manager, Outbound Fulfillment to lead the New England fulfillment center shipping team. You will oversee outbound operations, optimize processes, and ensure safe, compliant activities across the warehouse network in New England, with some travel to Rochester as needed.

The role requires a hands-on leadership style, 5+ years in warehouse supervision, and strong MS Office proficiency. A valid driver’s license and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory/warehouse management experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a multi-shift team, including hiring and coaching.
• Strong computer skills; reporting in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• LEAN/continuous improvement mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all fulfillment operations, processes, workflows, and practices.
• Implement scalable processes and allocate resources to maximize cycles.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supplier Operations for bi-directional ease of doing business.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation.
• Ensure safe operations and full regulatory compliance.
• Interact with cross-functional groups to solve issues.
• Create and report on process and performance improvements.
• Lead a team with goals, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
