Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory/management warehouse experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading a team across multiple shifts.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Highly enthusiastic, proactive management style required.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong communicator with leadership skills.
• Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles with valid license.
• Ability to hire, train, and develop a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all fulfillment operations, processes, workflows, and practices.
• Implement scalable processes and allocate resources to maximize cycles.
• Work with Sales and Supplier Ops to enable easy business interactions.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations across regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups to resolve issues.
• Create and report on process and performance improvements.
• Apply LEAN principles to minimize waste and increase efficiency.
• Oversee vendor management, safety/compliance, and process improvements.
• Lead and evaluate a diverse team, set goals, and conduct reviews.
