Job summary

Grove Collaborative is seeking a hands-on Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to lead outbound fulfillment on the Monday–Thursday shift (6:00am–4:30pm) in Reno, NV. You will supervise 100+ associates, drive productivity, and ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment aligned with KPIs, while partnering with HR, Safety, and facilities.

You will develop people, coach performance, implement continuous improvement, and maintain shift pass-downs and incident reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership in fulfillment, distribution, or logistics, with proven success leading large teams (100+).
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and navigate change.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound fulfillment operations for the assigned shift.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely order fulfillment aligned with KPIs.
• Supervise and motivate 100+ associates, driving productivity and quality.
• Coach and develop employees, including performance feedback and actions.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives across workflows and systems.
• Collaborate with HR, Safety, Facilities and leadership to support shift execution.
• Track production metrics and provide data-driven process improvements.
