THE ROLE

As a Fulfillment Specialist, your responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely order processing while upholding top quality control standards. This position requires someone adaptable with keen attention to detail, and a positive and collaborative attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Stow, scan, pick, pack, load, unload, inspect, and audit all items with safety, care, and precision
• Ensure accuracy in order processing by maintaining a detail‑oriented approach
• Uphold high-quality standards in product handling and packagingDemonstrate a problem‑solving attitude and actively identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Consistently meet deadlines while being dependable and consistent in tasks and responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility to rotate to other departments and work extended hours as necessary to support the business

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior logistics, fulfillment, or similar industry experience preferred
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently reaching with hands and arms, twisting, bending, stooping, squatting, lifting and carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods
• Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with hand‑held scanners
• Honest with the highest integrity
