Job summary

NRI is seeking an Order Fulfillment Processor Lead in Henderson, NV to guide the picking, packing and outbound auditing to meet client SLA's. You will lead the warehouse team, ensure accuracy, and drive KPI performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in warehousing, proficiency with a WMS and strong communication, with the ability to train and motivate staff. This role offers evening shifts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehousing experience or lead role preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training and cross-training of team members.
• Lead and delegate order fulfillment tasks while meeting SLA.
• Collaborate with Supervisor to plan labor based on forecast and client direction.
• Conduct picking, packing, scanning, and other warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Keep work and storage areas clean and safe.
