Job summary

Rural King is seeking a loader to safely load outbound trailers and support the warehouse team. You will engage with customers and colleagues with a positive attitude while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates will have warehouse experience, familiarity with equipment, and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience with powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to quickly learn Latitude systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
