Job summary

Rural King is seeking a loader to safely load products onto outbound trailers in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will operate RF scan guns, unload pallets, and assist with freight allocation while meeting daily KPI targets. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and customer‑service focus.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trailers accurately and safely.

• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

As a loader, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and safe loading/transporting of products onto our outbound trailers.

  • Responsible for the use of RF scan guns to load and unload trailers with scan gun technology.
  • Unloads any pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers via powered industrial equipment for other DCs and allocating freight to the proper location.
  • Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS

• • At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Prior warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
