Job summary

Rural King is hiring a loader in Mattoon, IL to efficiently load outbound trailers and operate RF scan guns. You will support daily loading tasks, ensure safe handling, and contribute to KPI targets while upholding Rural King's values. Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

• Previous experience with powered industrial equipment
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn latitude systems.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for loading outbound trailers accurately and safely.

• Unloads any pallet trailers or cross-dock trailers via powered industrial equipment for other DCs and allocating freight to the proper location.
• Ensure quality and production KPI goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75 per hour and is eligible for shift premium. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
