Role Overview:

Are you a people person with a passion for providing great customer service? We're seeking an energetic Customer Service Representative to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, offering free tree evaluations. Your role will be to connect homeowners with our arborists for assessments, helping them understand the value of proper tree care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to homeowners from a provided list
• Introduce our tree care services in a friendly and informative manner
• Explain the benefits of a free tree evaluation
• Schedule appointments with certified arborists
• Address basic questions and initial concerns
• Maintain accurate records of calls and responses

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and confident phone presence
• Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated
• Comfortable working with call scripts and tracking tools
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, with four days from 8:00AM - 5:00PM, and a flex-day from 8:00AM - 2:00PM (in-office only)
• Reliable commute to our office near Pinnacle Peak and 21st Ave in Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $19.00/hour plus bi-weekly bonuses.
