Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in leadership roles in sales operations, sales strategy, finance, business development, or related fields.
• Familiarity with GenAI and coaching its positioning in customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• Manage team in building qualified sales pipeline through prospecting and early customer conversations.
• Identify challenges and develop scalable solutions for the team and broader organization.
• Coach and develop early career talent in sales skills and Amazon Leadership Principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor on Customer Acquisition to sales leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Manage team performance against KPIs including outbound calls, meetings scheduled, and opportunity creation.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and understanding of customer business issues.
• Contribute to broader Customer Acquisition initiatives like culture-building and new tool piloting
