One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Outbound Representative to serve as the connection between our company and homeowners, building relationships and sharing information to keep homes comfortable year-round.

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and following up to improve retention. The role offers consistent hours, real work-life balance, and opportunities for advancement within a trusted local brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, or related work.
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license + clean record.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with current and past customers regarding maintenance memberships, service opportunities, and special promotions.
• Schedule appointments and ensure customers receive outstanding service.

What You'll Do

As an Outbound Representative you'll serve as a key connection between our company and our customers. You'll build relationships, provide valuable information, and help homeowners stay comfortable year-round.

Your Responsibilities

• Proactively connect with current and past customers regarding maintenance memberships, service opportunities, and special promotions

What You’ll Need

• Monday–Friday availability (some Saturdays)
• 2+ years in customer service, call center, or related work
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, working quickly through different programs, and dexterity of doing it all while working with our customers)
• Valid driver’s license + clean record, reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
