Job summary

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in communication. You will work in a fast-paced environment, preparing paperwork for outbound orders and collaborating with carriers and teams across the organization.

You will enter data into our warehouse management system, handle documentation, and interact with warehouse equipment operators on the floor. Shift is Mon–Fri 3pm–11:30pm, with potential weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations with equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• B Shift: 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Wednesday-Friday/ Every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and paperwork (e.g., BOLS, delivery manifests, yard documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and coordinate with supervisor and service/trade teams.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and file forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (only with certification).
