Job summary

Arvato in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking an Outbound Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse. You will help prepare outbound orders, paperwork, and ensure accuracy in shipping documentation.

Responsibilities include communicating with carriers and supervisors, data entry into the warehouse management system, operating warehouse equipment when lift-certified, and supporting the team during the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10 PM–6:30 AM).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing/shipping operations and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing outbound orders and associated paperwork (BOLs, manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with carriers and work with supervisors and teams across departments.
• Enter data into the warehouse management system and file documents.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if lift-certified.

Hours for 3rd Shift:Sunday - Thursday 10 PM- 6:30 AM

Job Description

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (Only when lift certified by Arvato).
