Job summary

Arvato in Shepherdsville, KY is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound order preparation and related documentation. You will coordinate with carriers, supervisors, and Trade teams to ensure accurate paperwork and on-time shipments.

The role involves data entry in the warehouse management system, filing documents, and occasional work on the warehouse floor with equipment under lift certification if required. This is an on-site, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate experienced.
• Read, write, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard docs).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and with supervisor and Trade teams.
• Data entry into warehouse management system and filing of documents.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with operators and lift-certified tasks as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if lift-certified.

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (Only when lift certified by Arvato).

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate experienced.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
