Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Outbound Clerk for a 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10 PM–6:30 AM). You will prepare outbound orders, coordinate with carriers and managers, and perform data entry in the warehouse system. Lift operation is allowed only with certification, ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork across departments to maintain timely and accurate shipping processes.

Qualifications

• Keen eye for detail and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and warehouse data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and associated paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard documents).
• Coordinate with carriers, supervisor, and Trade teams; lead in the department.
• Enter data into Warehouse Management System and file documents/forms.
• Occasionally on the warehouse floor; work with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment only if lift-certified.

Hours for 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday 10 PM- 6:30 AM

Job Description

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner (Only when lift certified by Arvato).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• SAP or other WMS experience.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
