Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann in Kentucky is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to support outbound orders, prepare paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard documents), and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced distribution operation.

You will communicate with carriers and supervisors, coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams, perform data entry in the warehouse management system, and operate equipment like forklifts when certified, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Excel - intermediate.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
