Arvato Supply Chain Solutions SE - ABI is seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk to support outbound orders, documentation, and carrier communications in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will interact with supervisors and teams, perform WMS data entry, and assist with floor operations using warehouse equipment.

The role requires a HS diploma, 2+ years SAP/WMS experience, and strong English and Outlook skills, with eligibility to operate forklifts and related gear as certified.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations with equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing outbound orders and related paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard documents).
• Communicate with carriers, work with supervisor and department lead and coordinate with service delivery and Trade teams.
• Data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor and collaborate with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely when certified by Arvato.

Job Description

Arvato is currently seeking an Outbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organization.

B Shift Wednesday - Friday 6:00am - 6:30pm and every other Saturday 6:00am - 2:30pm

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
