Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Inbound Shipping Clerk in Las Vegas, NV. You will prepare outbound orders, manage paperwork, and coordinate with carriers while interfacing with the supervisor and teams across departments.

The role includes data entry in a warehouse management system, on-floor duties, and potential operation of warehouse equipment (if certified). A/S shift availability is required, with A or B shift schedules noted.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years SAP or other WMS experience.
• Experience in warehousing and shipping operations and with forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare outbound orders and related paperwork (BOLS, delivery manifests, yard management documents).
• Communicate with delivery carriers and interact with supervisor and department leads.
• Enter data into a warehouse management system and file documents/forms.
• Occasionally work on the warehouse floor with equipment operators.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely if certified by Arvato.

Job Description

Arvato is currently seeking an Inbound Shipping Clerk who possesses a keen eye for detail, excels in communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll not only contribute to the efficiency of our operations but also have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge warehouse equipment and collaborate with various teams across the organization

YOUR TASKS

• In this role, you will help prepare outbound orders and the necessary paperwork associated with each, i.e. BOLS, delivery manifests, and yard management documents.
• You will communicate with different delivery carriers, work directly with the supervisor and lead in this department and will also communicate with our service delivery and Trade teams.
• This role will require data entry into a warehouse management system and filing documents and forms.
• You will occasionally have to be out on the warehouse floor and will work with our warehouse equipment operators.
• You may be required to operate warehouse equipment safely (only when certified by Arvato).
• Work schedule: A or B shift
  • A Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 6am-6:30 pm and every other Saturday from 6am-2:30 pm.
  • B Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 6am-6:30 pm and every other Saturday from 6am-2:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of SAP or other WMS experience.
• Previous experience in operations of Warehousing and Shipping, and use of equipment such as forklifts, order pickers and pallet runners.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to commute daily to 6200 N. Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115
• Shift hours: A Shift: Sunday-Tuesday Every other Saturday and Overtime as needed
