Seminole Hard Rock is seeking an Outbound Calling Sales Specialist to drive revenue and enhance customer engagement across casino services and hotel reservations. You will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers, promoting promotions and amenities while building relationships to meet guest needs.

You will document reservations for rooms, events, restaurants, spa, and dining, ensure data accuracy, and strive to exceed call metrics and conversion targets in a fast-paced 24/7 call

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or contact marketing experience
• Minimum 2 years of customer care experience
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
• Experience in gaming machines and/or table games preferred
• Must have exceptional guest service skills
• Must have the ability to resolve stressful situations
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask and use multiple computer systems at once

Responsabilités

• Clearly explain marketing promotions, initiatives and property amenities based on customer interest
• Maintain data hygiene and ensure contact information is up to date
• Provide exceptional guest service to internal and external customers
• Document and process reservation requests for rooms, events, promotions, restaurants, spa and dining
• Follow policies and complete required paperwork accurately
• Meet or exceed call metrics and reservations booked
• Handle inbound calls/chat and other guest contacts
