Job summary

A Superior Mechanical is seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Specialist to join our Emerald Coast team in Panama City Beach, FL. You will make a high volume of outbound calls, follow up on service needs, and help customers schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments.

We offer a flexible, part-time schedule (20-30 hours weekly), a pay rate of $20 per hour plus commission, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, a 401K match, paid vacation, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Cold calling/outbound calling experience required.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone.
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Call center, telemarketing, or inside sales experience is a plus.
• HVAC or home-service industry experience is a plus.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing and potential customers
• Follow up on previous services and customer needs
• Help customers schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments
• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, professional assistance
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services
• Keep customer information and appointment details organized
