Job summary

A Superior Mechanical is seeking a Home Comfort Advisor in Panama City, FL and surrounding areas to help homeowners select comfort solutions for their homes. The role combines in-home consultations with sales, offering a base salary plus commission and target earnings of $100,000+ annually.

You will meet with homeowners, present financing and pricing options, and coordinate with installation teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Previous in-home HVAC or plumbing sales experience required.
• Proven track record of closing residential sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule.
• Computer proficiency; ServiceTitan experience is a plus (already listed).

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC and plumbing needs.
• Recommend system replacement and upgrade options.
• Present financing and pricing solutions clearly and professionally.
• Build trust with customers and deliver a consultative sales experience.
• Manage appointments, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project completion.
