Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is seeking a Call Center Representative for our Export, PA in-person team.

This full-time role involves outbound calls to homeowners and prospective customers to introduce our home improvement products and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. You will thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, earn weekly bonuses up to $300+, and join a well-established Western Pennsylvania company with 50+ years in business and a strong community

Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain positive, motivated, and professional when faced with rejection.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience in sales or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and promote our home improvement products and services.
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
• Set appointments for windows, doors, roofing, siding, baths, and shower projects.
• Ask effective questions to understand homeowners’ needs and determine project interest.
• Qualify leads and gather accurate customer and project information.
• Use persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and secure appointments.
• Follow established call scripts and proven appointment-setting processes.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while handling rejection and high call volumes.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding scheduled appointments and customer needs.
• Consistently represent Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. in a professional manner.
