No sales experience is required and paid training is provided to help you develop essential sales skills. You will engage with homeowners, identify potential customers, and work with a supportive team to reach goals.

Pay: $40,000–$80,000+ per year | Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions & Bonuses + $1,500K Sign-On Bonus

Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to introduce homeowners to our award-winning remodeling products and schedule free in-home consultations for our outside sales team.

No sales experience required! We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for advancement. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bring your energy, work ethic, and willingness to succeed. We'll teach you the rest.

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Benefits

$40,000–$80,000+ annual earning potential.
