Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. is hiring a Call Center Representative to join our in-person team in Export, PA. You will connect with homeowners, introduce our home improvement offerings, and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center, telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain positive, motivated, and professional when faced with rejection.
• High volume outbound calling experience.
• Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and promote home improvement products and services.
• Generate and schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives.
• Set appointments for windows, doors, roofing, siding, baths, and showers projects.
• Ask effective questions to understand homeowner needs and determine project interest.
• Qualify leads and gather accurate customer and project information.
• Use persuasive communication to overcome objections and secure appointments.
• Follow call scripts and appointment-setting processes.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals.
• Document customer interactions and update CRM records.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude amid rejection and high call volumes.
• Communicate with sales team regarding scheduled appointments and customer needs.
• Represent Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling Co. professionally.
