What You'll Do

• Make outbound and inbound calls and connect with homeowners through digital outreach.
• Build rapport, uncover the homeowner’s needs, and schedule qualified consultations.
• Handle questions and objections with confidence and patience.
• Use technology, scripts, and scheduling tools to stay organized and accurate.
• Work toward daily goals while participating in coaching and training.
• Show up, stay focused, and keep going-even when the calls get repetitive or you hear voicemail after voicemail.
