Job summary

Anpota is hiring ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate qualified conversations and business opportunities for Anpota, its subsidiaries and selected portfolio companies.

This is a performance-driven outbound role. You will interact with business owners, executives, entrepreneurs, potential clients and strategic partners. Location: Georgia, in-office and U.S. remote; base pay $17-$22/hour + incentives; Part-Time initially / Full-Time potential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound telephone prospecting.
• Research businesses and decision-makers.
• Introduce Anpota services.
• Identify potential advisory clients.
• Identify acquisition prospects.
• Identify referral partners
• Support portfolio-company customer acquisition campaigns.
• Schedule meetings for senior management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Participate in weekly pipeline meetings.
• Meet activity and conversion targets.
