The ideal candidate will have sales or call center experience, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in outbound calling techniques. Compensation ranges from $20-24/hr with performance incentives, totaling around $35,000 for the first year.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, call center, or collections experience preferred.
• Strong customer service or sales background required.
• Good conversation and people skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for Sales Reps through outbound calls.
• Communicate payroll and HR services to business owners.
• Perform outbound cold calling of approximately 200 numbers daily.
